How do I change my password?

To change your password, perform the following steps:

1. Log in to your SecureAccess homepage.

2. Click Account Management.

3. On the Change Password tab, enter your Old password, New Password, then Confirm New Password.

Note: Passwords must be a minimum of ten characters long, contain at least three of the following character classes: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numerals, and special characters. The following special characters are acceptable for usage in your password: dollar signs ($), at symbols (@), exclamation marks (!), asterisks (*), ampersands (&), and percentage symbols (%). Your user ID (case insensitive) cannot be used as part of your password.

4. Click Change.

Note: A Password Change Successful message appears.
