How do I update my email address?
To update your email address, perform the following steps:
1. Log in to your SecureAccess homepage.
For more information on logging in to your account, go to How do I log in to SecureAccess Washington?2. Click Account Management.

3. Click the Update My Profile tab.

4. From the User Profile page, under User ID, in the Email Address text box, enter your new email address, and in the Name text box, enter your name.

5. In the Secret Question drop-down menu, select a question, and then in the Question Answer text box, enter the answer to your secret question.

6. After entering all of your required information, click Modify.
7. An email will be sent to your email address with a link to complete the update. From the email, click the link to your SecureAccess Washington profile page.
On your account management page, an Account Profile Update Successful message will appear.
