What do I do if I forget my User ID?
If you forget your User ID, perform the following steps:
1. On the Login to your Secure Access Washington Account page, click Forgot your User ID.

2. On the Forgotten User Id page, under User information, in the E-mail address text box, enter the email address entered when creating the User ID.

3. Click lookup.
Note: A request confirmation appears. An email will be sent to the email address associated with that User ID.
